Exhibit Table Price and Assignments:

$250 for a 10' wide by 7' deep space with a 6' skirted table. Includes one chair and one wastebasket. There are limited spots available for each product type. Exhibitor applications will be accepted through April 30, 2008 and table locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified by email of your table assignment.

Equipment Provided

Each exhibitor will receive a 6' skirted table with one chair and one wastebasket. Any additional needs including power will be at the exhibitor's expense.

Badges

Two complimentary badges will be provided with each Exhibit table purchased. Please submit names below. Additional badges will cost $25 each. Badges can be picked up at exhibitor registration. See show times. Badges will allow exhibitors into the hall during set-up and teardown times.

Exhibit Table Fees and Payments

Full payment is required at the time applications are accepted and a table number is assigned. Exhibitors purchasing a sponsorship package may negotiate payment terms. If paying by check or money order, please make payable to Green for Good and mail to 9792 Edmonds Way #236, Edmonds, WA 98020. Your application will be on hold until check has been received and deposited. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Licenses

All participants whose tax base is in Seattle must hold a Seattle Business License. Please indicate your client number here:

 


Please note: Each exhibitor whose gross revenue for business in Seattle exceeds Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000) is obligated to report and pay City Business and Occupation Tax

Exhibitor Policies

To participate in the Green Power Baby Shower your product(s) must address one or more of the following:

Materials:

Recycled/able - The product makes use of recycled or repurposed materials, is itself readily recyclable, or both.
Renewable - The product makes use of organic materials that can be regrown, is readily biodegradable, or both.
Substitute Materials - The product is less damaging as a result of toxic materials or components being replaced with safer ones.
Stewardship Sourcing - The product makes use of raw materials from fairly-traded sources or low-impact sources such as FSC-approved forests.

Manufacturing:

Alternative Energy in Manufacturing - The product is manufactured using a renewable energy source.
Efficiency in Manufacturing - The product's manufacturing process is efficient in its use of energy, water and materials.

Use:

Utility - The product is more efficient by providing greater utility for the user, such as multifunction products or rented products.
Durability - The product becomes more efficient in materials usage as it has a longer functional lifespan.
Efficiency - The product is more efficient in its use of energy, water and materials.
Alternative Energy in Use - The product uses renewable energy to function.

Disposal:

Disassembly - The product is designed to be easy to disassemble for repurposing, composting and/or recycling.

Other:

Communication - The product communicates information that leads to a better environmental performance, usually by changing the behavior of users.
Social Improvement - The product is designed and/or manufactured by people who take social profit from the work and/or money created.

General Rules and Regulations
1. Exhibitors must comply with, and be bound by all laws, ordinances and regulations of the country, state, city and - whenever applicable - police and fire departments.
2. Authorized company representatives must staff exhibits during the official exhibit hours.
3. No exhibitor or member of an exhibit may promote or display products or behave in a manner considered offensive to decency or good taste as determined by Green for Good.
4. Demonstrations and all other activities must be confined to the limits of exhibitor's table. Aisles may not be obstructed at any time. Exhibitors may not conduct activities of any kind that lead to congestion of aisle traffic.
5. Music may not be played without the proper license of copyrighted music. Volume must be appropriate as determined by Green for Good.
6. Attendees and exhibitors are expressly prohibited from carrying weapons and/or weapon replicas.
7. The removal of exhibits and materials prior to the official close is not permitted.

Banner and Display Standards
1. All exhibit decorations must meet fireproof standards and city fire ordinances. Certification must be presented upon request.
2. Banner and sign hanging is regulated by the facility. Please contact Green for Good Events if you plan on hanging signage.
3. All banners must be displayed in a manner that will not block or otherwise impede sight lines of neighboring tables.


Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
I. Application Fees, Exhibit Table Specifications, and Services
1. Exhibit table assignments will be confirmed via email only when payment and this agreement are received by Green for Good. Full payment is due with the application. NSF checks will be charged a $35 processing fee and another form of payment will be required such as a money order, cash or credit card.
2. Exhibit tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The exhibit table rental fee is described under "Exhibit Table Prices." Rental fees are refundable, less a 50% cancellation charge, provided that Green for Good receives written notice of intent to cancel no fewer than 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees are not refundable under any other circumstances. Exhibitors must set up their table prior to the stated time that the Green Power Baby Shower Expo opens to the public.
4. Exhibitors may not begin dismantling any display before the official close of the show.
5. Included in the table rental are those items specified under "Equipment Provided". Additional equipment, materials or services needed or used are the sole responsibility of the exhibitors and should be arranged with the hotel by filling out and faxing this form.
6. Exhibitors are responsible for all transportation, storage and drayage fees associated with their exhibit table set-up.
7. Green for Good reserves the right to require the alteration or removal of any article or activity brought into the exhibit area that is deemed objectionable in nature or offensive to the average person attending the Green Power Baby Shower Expo. Green for Good shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from alteration, omission or rejection of said material. Exhibitors agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Green for Good against any and all claim for such loss, damage, or injury. Exhibitors will be given a reasonable period of time in which to consider any changes required and may withdraw material so altered if the Exhibitor finds such changes unacceptable.
8. Exhibitors may not sublet or assign any portion of their exhibit table without prior consent of Green for Good.

II. Table Operations
9. No mechanical, electrical or other apparatus will be allowed to create noise that interferes with other exhibitors in any way as solely determined by Green for Good. Any exhibitor who fails to regulate such apparatuses when so asked will be removed from the exhibit area.
10. No self-adhesive decals, taping to walls or helium balloons are permitted without the prior written approval of facility management.
11. The Green Power Baby Shower Expo is a friendly environment. Please be aware of your neighboring tables in all manners of conducting your business.

III. Security and Liability
12. Exhibitors are solely responsible for paying all applicable city, county, state and federal taxes on sales and promotional activities at Green Power Baby Shower Expo.
13. All exhibitors and their authorized decorators must have liability insurance. Full insurance must be carried for the entire duration of the show, including setup and teardown. Comprehensive general liability coverage must include premises, operations, and contractual liability coverage. Certificates of insurance must be furnished to Green for Good upon request and Green for Good must be named as an additional insure.
14. Green for Good is not responsible for any injury to exhibitor's agents, employees or damage to or theft of property from any cause prior to, during or subsequent to Green Power Baby Shower Expo. Exhibitors hereby expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green for Good against any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury.
15. Exhibitors are required to insure their own exhibits and display materials.
16. Exhibitors are fully responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the convention-site owners or personnel resulting from exhibitors' displays or actions. Exhibitors are fully responsible for any loss, damage or injury to Green for Good attendees resulting from exhibitors' displays or actions.
17. Green for Good reserves the right to cancel arrangements or contracts or close an exhibit whenever it is deemed necessary for the safety or comfort of those attending Green Power Baby Shower Expo; whenever the exhibit, activity or material sold is objectionable or offensive to the average person attending Green Power Baby Shower Expo; whenever legal conditions or requirements of the convention site so dictate; or whenever portions of the convention site are destroyed or damaged. In the event of such termination, exhibitors waive all claims of damages.
18. Exhibitors will comply with all laws of the United States as well as all applicable state or local ordinances, rules and requirements of police and fire departments or other authorities of such jurisdictions, will obtain all necessary permits and licenses with respect to their activities and will not do or cause to be done anything during the term of this agreement in violation of any such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations. If the attention of said exhibitors is called to any such violation committed by said exhibitors, or committed by any person employed by or admitted to the premises by said exhibitors, said exhibitors will immediately desist and correct, or cause to be corrected, such violation. Exhibitors agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Green for Good from any and all costs, suits, and legal proceedings alleging violations of any such law or regulation.
19. Use of any product by any exhibitor, employee or agent thereof containing the Green for Good or Green Power Baby Shower Expo trademark, logo or other trademarks owned by Green for Good is prohibited without the express written permission of Green for Good. Exhibitors agree that Green for Good will have the right to take possession of and destroy materials making such unauthorized use.
20. All matters and questions not covered by this application and these terms are subject to the decision of Green for Good Event Management. Exhibitors agree to abide by and conform to all additional rules and regulations from time to time adopted or prescribed by Green for Good for the management of the Green Power Baby Shower Expo. Exhibitors acknowledge they have read the preceding terms and conditions, expressly agree to comply with them, and authorize Green for Good to enforce them.
